Adamawa Poly Post UTME Application Forms 2014/2015

This is to inform the general public and all prospective
students of the Adamawa State Polytechnic, ADPOLY, that the
school has commenced applications for admission from all
suitably qualified and interested candidates into various
approved programmes of the Polytechnic for the 2014/2015
academic session.
ELIGIBILITY
• Applicants must have 5 O-level credits including English and
Mathematics
• Applicants must have selected the Adamawa State
Polytechnic, Yola at the 2014 JAMB application.
• Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 150 marks at
the 2014 UTME.

The following National Diploma programmes are available
for admission in the 2014/2015 academic session.
1. National Diploma in Business Administration (ND) Bus.
2. National Diploma in Public Administration (NDPA)
3. National Diploma in Accountancy (ND/Accountancy)
4. National Diploma in Banking and Finance
5. National Diploma in Office Technology Management
6. Nation al Diploma in Social Development (NDSD)
7. National Diploma in Mass communication
8. National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
9. National Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
10. National Diploma in Agric and Biological Engineering
11. National Diploma in Civil/Water Engineering
12. National Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning
13. National Diploma in Land and Survey and Geo-
informatics
13. National Diploma in Statistics (ND Stat).
14. National Diploma in Computer Science (ND Comp)
15.National Diploma in Science Laboratory Technology (SLT)
How To Apply For Adamawa State Poly ND programme
2014/2015
Before your application would be processed, you are
required to submit the printed copy of the application form
together with the photocopies of your statement of results,
certificates, diploma, etc
1.Enter at least two institutions you attended indicating the
certificates you obtained.
2.Enter grade details of at least 5 subjects of your SSCE/
WASC/GCE/TC II.
3.Enter grade details of your post secondary qualifications or
other qualifications if you have any.
4.Specify the Centre No. and Exam No. of all the examination
details you have entered.
Payment Method
To start your application you need to obtain a Personal
Identification Number (PIN) to gain access to the online
form.
Candidates are to Pay for their PIN in the following Bank
details and collect your receipt at the Bursary Department by
presenting your Bank Teller and proceed to the Academic
Office to obtain your PIN slip.
