Married Woman Banished In Delta State After She Was Caught Having S*x With Boyfriend

I guess those who are saying you can't trust some ladies from Edo/Delta may not be wrong after all. Why on earth should a married woman be caught doing it with her boyfriend in an uncompleted building?


Pandemonium broke out recently in Irri community in Isoko South LGA of Delta State, when a 29-year-old housewife, identified as Vero Umukoro was caught in an illicit affair in an uncompleted house.


The woman's husband, Benson Umukoro had on Thursday asked elders of his community to dissolve their marriage in the Isoko tradition. Sources said the woman and her secret lover were caught in the adulterous act in a secluded apartment within the outskirt of the community having s*x.


It was gathered that the illicit relationship between the woman and the man had been going unnoticed in recent times by the husband before the bubble burst.


But unfortunately for the victims, they were caught red-handed, the man and the adulterous wise were dealt with severely before. He was then summoned by the woman’s husband’s family according to customs and tradition of the Isoko people to appease the gods in order to avoid further calamity, especially if the rituals are not observed and judiciously performed.

However, a fine of N50 000 was imposed by the family on the adulterous wife who also was banished from her husband's house.
