Barcelona's remaining summer transfer budget revealed
Barcelona are still looking to strengthen their squad before the transfer window closes on Thursday and have enough financial wiggle room to complete further deals.
Barça's fiscal woes over the last couple of years have been well documented and they aren't out of the woods just yet.
They have been unable to register new signing Jules Kounde with La Liga thus far, though expect him to be available for Sunday's match at home to Real Valladolid.
The like of Bernardo Silva and Marcos Alonso remain on Barcelona's radar, and Marca report that the club have roughly €57m left to spend on transfers in the coming days.
Barça chiefs decided on a €200m transfer budget at the start of the summer, of which they have already spent €148m on signings such as Robert Lewandowski, Raphinha and the aforementioned Kounde, while they have been boosted by the €5m sale of Ferran Jutgla.
Other outgoings, such as that of Philippe Coutinho to Aston Villa, have been used to strengthen their financial records from last season.
The pending sales of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Memphis Depay could afford Barcelona further financial muscle heading into the final stages of the window. 90min understands the former is in talks with Chelsea regarding a move, while the latter is being considered by former club Manchester United after a deal with Juventus collapsed.
