OnePlus Pixel spotted on Geekbench

Well, we're not sure what to make of this, but a phone with the name OnePlus Pixel has appeared on Geekbench. The Snapdragon 820 chipset under the hood, was running the quad-core CPU at 1.59GHz for the test. 6GB of RAM came along for the ride. We do expect that the OnePlus 3T will be unveiled on November 15th, powered by the Snapdragon 821 SoC.

Having the new Snapdragon chipset onboard is quite a coup for OnePlus. It means that the OnePlus 3T should provide faster performance and slightly longer battery life than provided on the OnePlus 3. The latter has the Snapdragon 820 aboard.

But we digress. Getting back to the OnePlus Pixel, it scored highly on Geekbench. The single-core tally was 2326 with a 5475 multi-core score. Regardless if this is just the OnePlus 3T, or some other model, it should be able to handle anything thrown at it.
