Court sitting in Abuja, The Federal High fix a date July 20 to hear the suit challenging the eligibility of the PDP Presidential candidate, former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, to contest the 2023 presidential election.
Justice Taiwo Taiwo, ordered that all the legal processes on the former Vice President, Atiku to enable PDP Presidential candidate to respond to the suit.
It directed that Atiku, should be served within seven days, through publication of the court processes in a national daily.
