Nigerian music stars singer, Burna Boy and Adekunle Gold have been confirmed as headliners of the Afropunk Festival 2022.
Afropunk Festival was an annual arts festival that featured music, film, fashion, and art produced by black artists. Beginning in 2005 at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in New York, in later years Afropunk Festivals were also held in Atlanta, Paris and London.
The announcement was made known on Afropunk’s Instagram page on Wednesday, 15th of 2022. The festival is scheduled to kick off on the 10th of September 2022 and ends on11th Sept 2022.
