Everton have approached Porto for Otavio.
O Jogo says Everton have made an enquiry for Porto midfielder Otavio.
However, they have been told that a €60m fee will be required to secure his signature, which is likely to put Frank Lampard's side off a move.
The winger is one of Porto's key men after a season in which he scored three and assisted 13 in 32 league games.
