Wike Orders Payment Of Rivers Workers’ April, May Salaries

Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State Governor has directed that civil servants in the state be paid April and May salaries.


He said on Wednesday that the directive was in line with his administration’s commitment to the welfare of workers in the state.


Wike inherited the two months’ salary areas from the immediate past administration in the state.


The governor assured civil servants that their welfare would be given top priority by his administration just as he expressed his commitment to promoting the interest of all people resident in the state.
