3 Police Officers Shot Dead By Snipers During Protest In Dallas Over KIlling Of Two Black Men
Two snipers have shot 11 police officers killing three during a protest in Dallas over the deaths of black men, Alton Sterling and Philando Castille. The two gunmen opened fire from 'elevated positions', picking off officers as they manned a protest over the deaths of two black men, police Chief, David Brown said.
Dallas Police released an image of a man brandishing a rifle as he walked through the city carrying an assault rifle and wearing a camouflage shirt, tweeting: 'Please help us find him!'
Both shooters are still on the run, but it is now reported that one has been apprehended. One of them wore tactical gear and a bulletproof vest during the shooting.
