Jose Mourinho yesterday made history in the world of football.

The AS Roma coach has become the first manager to win the UEFA champions league, Europa league and Europa Conference league.

He is also the first-ever manager to lead four different teams in European finals.

Mourinho achieved the feat after his team, AS Roma defeated Feyenoord yesterday night to claim the Europa Conference league trophy.
