Arsenal attacker Saka ready to withdraw from England squad
Arsenal attacker Bukayo Saka is ready to withdraw from the England squad.
Saka trained on Tuesday but has since been too unwell to take part in sessions at St George's Park.
He has therefore remained in his room, says the London Evening Standard.
Having not trained with Gareth Southgate's squad this week as he continues to recover, Saturday's clash with Switzerland, also at Wembley, is expected to come too soon.
Saka's illness has raised the possibility of him withdrawing from the squad entirely to focus on recovering in time for Arsenal's next fixture against Crystal Palace on Monday 4 April.
