Man Utd teammates questioning Maguire form and status

Manchester United teammates are questioning the status of captain Harry Maguire.

The 28-year-old has endured a frustrating season at Old Trafford in which his form has come under serious question.

He has made a number of high profile mistakes and has been criticised for disappointing displays including recent matches against Burnley and Southampton.

The Times says despite this he has largely kept his place in the team, something which some of his team-mates have privately questioned behind the scenes.

His drop in form has reportedly not impressed some of his team-mates who have aired their grievances between themselves at the club's Carrington training ground.

They feel that his performances have not met the club's standards throughout the season.
