Govt warns school principals against indiscipline

The Kwara Government on Thursday warned secondary school principals in the state against acts of indiscipline.

The state Commissioner for Educationand Human Capital Development, AlhajiMusa Yeketi, gave the warning at a meeting with all senior school principals in Ilorin.Yeketi reminded them they were the heads and faces of their respective institutions.

He said acts of discipline should start from the head as administrators and which must flow down the ladder to members of staff and the students.

The commissioner disclosed that the state government had concluded plans to renovate more schools and reshape vocational centres in secondary schools in the state.
