This is the revolting moment a girl pops a six-year-old pimple. The lump had appeared on the child's ear when she was two and diagnosed as a growth. However, when it turned out to be a big ball of crusty pus she took matters into her own hands.

The mobile phone footage show the goo come out like silly string and hang, hardened, from her deflated lobe.


Her mum, off camera can be heard saying: "I've never seen anything like this," unable to control a slight undertone of disgust in her voice.
