Today Is National No Bra Day: Ladies, Here Are Some Things To Note When Going Braless

Ladies, sometimes it is perfectly fine to just let the ‘girls’ loose.

Medically, physiologically, anatomically – breasts gain no benefit from being denied gravity. On the contrary, they get saggier with a bra.

Women, will you go out braless today?

For many women, going braless is a matter of personal choice and there’s a proper time and a place for this. For example, wearing a thin shirt with no bra to your office will not be appropriate.

Women with smaller breasts can luckily get away with no bra in most cases, but those with fuller sizes should take extra care when going out without a bra to avoid a backlash.

If you must go out without a bra, please cover your nipples with plaster or something, so that in case you are in a cool or air conditioned environment and your nipples start to harden because of cold, it won’t be obvious through your shirt.

If your breasts are saggy, please wear a tube for some lift.

You may also wear ruffled shirts that will draw attention away from your chest and the jiggly twins. Wear a dress with full ruffles at the front.

Wear a thick blouse. However, since we are living in the tropics, I don’t know how practical this will be.

If all else fails, hold your breasts in your hand and walk proudly! After all, it is no bra day . Lol
