Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli is keen on a move to Newcastle United.
Alli has told close friends he is "keen" to join Newcastle this month, says Football Insider.
The Tottenham midfielder hopes he can "reignite his career" at St James' Park.
The report adds he was persuaded to join by former Spurs teammate Kieran Trippier, who has also just arrived at the club this month.
Tripper is said to have given Dele a "glowing" report about Newcastle, with Toon's owners "in the market for more firepower".
