Man Utd players return to training as Carrington re-opened
Manchester United players trained Wednesday morning at Carrington after the centre was re-opened to the first team squad.
United were forced to close the training ground on Monday after a covid outbreak among members of the first-team staff and playing squad.
The facility was shut down for 24 hours to minimise the risk of further infection but it has now opened up again and Ralf Rangnick's squad reported for training at 11am on Wednesday.
A total of 17 first team players (plus Tahith Chong, who is receiving rehab at the club after getting injured on loan at Birmingham City) were spotted arriving at Carrington.
Rangnick, coach Kieran McKenna and director of football John Murtough were also present at Carrington.
