Napoli captain Insigne receives €15m-a-year MLS offer
Napoli captain Lorenzo Insigne has received a stunning offer to leave Europe.
Off contract in June, Insigne's agent has complained Napoli's latest offer involves the Italy midfielder accepting a pay-cut on his current wages.
And Toronto FC hope to tempt him to Canada by offering €15m-a-season - a clear three times greater than what he is on at Napoli.
Indeed, while he currently earns €5m-a-year, Insigne would have to accept a salary of €3.5m to stay with the Azzurri.
For the moment, the TFC offer far outstrips anything else on the table for Insigne.
