Between Computer Engineering and Computer Science which 1 is prefferable?

Am a boy of about 18+ i have a little knowledge about web stuffs
Am about to register for JAMB and i am confused on which course to
take between computer engineering and computer science.

I dont really
know their difference (theoriticaly and practically)..

Please anyone who really know what the two do proffessionally
should drop their comments,..
