20-Year Old Who Took Marijuana For The First Time Needs Help

He just needs help. He is 20 and confused after taking marijuana two weeks ago which has left him in pains. Hear him;

Please don't publish my name. Doctors in the house please help me. It has been two weeks that I took marijuana. My throat and chest have been hurting me since then. I don't know what to do, tho I have taken some drugs, yet I still feel some pains! Am just 20yrs old and it’s my first time *regrets*
