Sampdoria president Ferrero arrested by Guardia di Finanza
Sampdoria president Massimo Ferrero has been arrested.
ANSA reports Ferrero was arrested by the Guardia di Finanza as part of an investigation by the Paola prosecutor for corporate crimes and bankruptcy.
According to what has been learned, Sampdoria is not involved in the investigation.
Ferrero was transferred to prison, while house arrest was ordered for five other people involved.
