Barcelona encouraged as they go for Chelsea midfielder Ziyech

Barcelona president Joan Laporta is ready to move for Chelsea midfielder Hakim Ziyech.

Sport says Laporta is eyeing the Morocco midfielder for the January market - and has received encouragement from Chelsea.

Barca aim to take Ziyech on-loan and would split his €7m salary 50-50 with Chelsea.

Blues management are willing to do business, with Ziyech potentially joining on a free loan with no permanent option.

For his part, Ziyech would welcome a switch to the Nou Camp over the New Year.
