Man Utd fans hold Glazers protest outside Old Trafford

Manchester United fans held a protest outside Old Trafford against the owners the Glazer family.

Green and gold images emblazoned with the 'Glazer Out' hashtag have circulated on social media throughout the week as United fans planned to protest against the club's owners, reports the Daily Star.

Fans have become discontent with the ownership of Joel and Avram Glazer over the course of their 16-year tenure at the club.

The images shared on social media also included the date and time of the planned demonstration, November 13 at 3pm, while some also included the 'Ole Out' hashtag.

However, the protest did not attract the supporter numbers that it had hoped to as around 30 fans reportedly attended the demonstration outside Old Trafford.
