EPL: Ben White names toughest striker, speaks on facing Ronaldo

Arsenal defender, Ben White, has named Fulham striker, Aleksandar Mitrovic as the toughest striker he has faced in his career.

White faced Mitrovic while he played in the Championship with Leeds United.

“It probably won’t be someone you would think of but Mitrovic in the Championship, that was my toughest game against a striker.

“He’s so strong, aggressive, he would pinch you, he elbowed me straight in the jaw. He put one on me early. He was tough, for sure,” he told the club’s official site.

White also said he is excited about facing Manchester United’s Cristiano Ronaldo this season.

When asked which fixture he was most looking forward to now as he has already featured in a north London derby, he said: “I’d probably say playing against [Cristiano] Ronaldo you know.”

White was then asked if he thinks he can handle the five-time Ballon d’Or winner and he responded: “I’ll be alright…”
