Arsenal goalkeeper, Bernd Leno, has hit out at manager, Mikel Arteta, ahead of the club’s Premier League clash with Brighton on October 2.https://i0.wp.com/storage.waploaded.com/images/bc3c66d11111f2b291d01ff4a857829d.jpgLeno said that Arteta had given him “no clear reason” for being dropped from Arsenal’s squad.

The 29-year-old has not featured for Arsenal in their last three English Premier League, EPL, games against Norwich, Burnley and Tottenham Hotspur.

The German, who has been replaced in goal by Aaron Ramsdale, told Bild: “There was no clear reason why I was out, just that it had nothing to do with my performance.

“[Arteta] is the trainer, he decides. It’s difficult for me, of course.”

Leno has made 100 Premier League appearances for Arsenal since joining the North London club from Bayern Leverkusen in June 2018.
