Mzansi celebs are sure living it up in the US, and making “the land of the free” their playground. Just last week, Nandi Madida was steady chilling and debuting her first showcase at the New York Fashion Week and this week, three more celebs are rubbing shoulders with American celebs.


Pearl Thusi, DJ Ms Cosmo and Scoop Makhathini took to Los Angeles this weekend and chilled with basketball legendary greats at the NBA All Star Celebrity Games.

OurQuanticostar posted pics of herself together with prolific retired American NBA player, Shaquille O’Neal. Pearl showed a photo of herself alongside Shaq, as he is popularly known, by the courtyard at downtown LA’s sports and entertainment centre, Staples Centre.




And while we were lapping that one up, Ms Cosmo, who is also on the same trip with Pearl and Scoop, posted an image of herself with American actor and Black Panther star, Michael B. Jordan and just behind them was US professional basketball player and husband to Gabrielle Union, Dwayne Wade.


As if that wasn’t enough, Scoop – who was there working – also didn’t disappoint and posted photos of himself with former NBA champion, Gary “The Glove” Payton and American filmmaker, visual artist and hip hop pioneer, Fab 5 Freddy.
