Daniel Craig Gives Farewell Speech After Wrapping No Time to Die

Ahead of its world premiere later this month, a brand new behind-the-scenes video from the set of Cary Joji Fukunaga’s long-delayed James Bond film No Time to Die has surfaced online through Twitter, featuring Daniel Craig giving an emotional farewell speech right after he wrapped up filming for his final 007 film. https://i0.wp.com/storage.waploaded.com/images/1c281d37d0c614db1cd838e70d70ed1e.jpgIn the short video, Craig can be seen showing his gratitude to the crew who has been working with him since 2006’s Casino Royale.

The film will have its premiere on September 28 at the Royal Albert Hall, followed by a U.K. theatrical release on September 30. It will then have its long-awaited U.S. and global debut in theaters on October 8.

No Time to Die is directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga from a script written by Neal Purvis & Robert Wade, Scott Z. Burns with Fukunaga and Emmy winner Phoebe Waller-Bridge (Fleabag, Killing Eve).

The 25th James Bond film sees Daniel Craig reprising the timeless role for the last time. Joining him are franchise alums Ralph Fiennes as M, Lea Seydoux, Naomie Harris as Moneypenny, Ben Whishaw as A, with Rory Kinnear as Tanner, and Jeffrey Wright as Felix Leiter. It will also feature the introduction of new cast members in the form of Rami Malek, Lashana Lynch, Ana De Armas, Dali Benssalah, Billy Magnussen, and David Dencik.

EON Productions and Metro Goldwyn Mayer Studios have partnered with Universal Pictures on the worldwide release of the 25th James Bond film. Due to the ongoing pandemic, No Time to Die had been delayed several times now, with its initial release date previously due over a year ago.

Daniel Craig’s first James Bond film was 2006’s Casino Royale, where it went on to earned a worldwide gross of nearly $600 million. It was then followed by three more sequels, Quantum of Solace, Skyfall, and Spectre, with 2012’s Skyfall becoming the only James Bond film to cross the $1 billion mark gross at the worldwide box office.
