Dare Adekoya (born 1995) is a Nigerian Product designer and entrepreneur. He came to prominence as the CEO of Abeg App technologies, a platform for easy and safe payments. He is a creative personnel with skills in areas such as; Graphics design, Visual design, User Interface design, branding, Illustration and many others.
Dare Adekoya was born and raised in Western part of Nigeria. He is 26 years old as 2021.
Dare had managed diverse brands and led creative sprints to create brand identities for companies such as Bruk Oil Mills and Nesa by Maker, from 2015 to 2016.
He helped redesign the error handling experience for Zenith Bank and assisted in making short animations for companies like Tizeti within the space of 2016 to 2017 and in 2017, he managed branding elements for Lydia UID Campaign; a small hormonal piece of plastic that prevents pregnancy for up to10 years.
He led several UI solutions and worked on interfaces and experiences with brands like Linda Ikeji TV and Stanbic IBTC bank in 2018.
He designed the pre-launch website for the Gomoney Banking app for Sterling Bank Plc which was in 2020.
Adekoya became known as the CEO of Abeg technologies. He launched the Abeg app in 2019 and ever since then he has been achieving greater things.
His Abeg App came to the public awareness after he became the headline sponsor of Big Brother Naija season 6 edition (Shine your Eye), he reportedly gave N2 billion for the programme.
