The 25-year-old is filmed braving the freezing cold temperature in the ice box and despite looking as if he is pain, even strikes a pose for the camera.

Neymar entered when the temperature was on minus 151 and manages to remain in the chamber before exiting hastily when it drops another six degrees.


Cryotherapy, which is an alternative to cold water immersion or ice packs is the local or general exposure of the body to subzero temperatures to promote benefits.
