Manchester City have made a first offer for Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish.
The Telegraph says City have tabled an official £100m bid for Grealish.
The Premier League champions have opened talks with the England playmaker over a summer transfer to the Etihad Stadium.
Now a huge £100m offer has been submitted to Aston Villa, as City boss Pep Guardiola hopes to tempt the club into selling their club captain.
It would break the British transfer record, which still stands at the £89m Manchester United paid to re-sign Paul Pogba from Juventus in 2016.
