Real Madrid prepared to sell Ferland Mendy
Real Madrid fullback Ferland Mendy could be sold this summer.
Sport says the France international is unhappy with his current contract - €4.5m-a-year - and his wish for a pay-rise has been rejected.
Mendy joined Real Madrid in 2019 from Lyon and has a deal to 2025.
But the fullback's demands for a new contract has been rejected by Real Madrid, which are now willing to listen to offers for him this summer.
Real management believe they can afford to lose Mendy, with new captain Marcelo and youngster Miguel Gutierrez offering enough cover at left-back for the new season.
