“Why We Gave Our Mother A Carnival-like Burial” – Obi Cubana Opens Up

Renowned socialite and billionaire, Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana has revealed why his mother’s burial subsequently turned into a Carnival.

Speaking in an interview with BBC Pidgin, Obi Cubana disclosed that before the death of his mother, they promised her a carnival on her 80th birthday, but unfortunately, she couldn’t make it till her 80th birthday, therefore, they decided to channel all the energy they initially saved up for the birthday carnival to the burial.

He also shared a bit of his life story and journey to success as he advised youths to work hard because only hard work can lead to success.

He also disclosed that he is a graduate of Political Science, and after school due to the fact that there were no jobs, he decided to venture into other businesses.

The entrepreneur also admitted that during his journey to success, he encountered several failures, but that didn’t deter him, rather it made him restrategize and come back stronger.
