Manchester United are ready to sell Jesse Lingard this summer.
The Mirror says Lingard could leave United for West Ham permanently this summer, though it is thought it will take a bid of around £30m to get him to leave Old Trafford.
Lingard shone during his half-season loan stint in east London, scoring nine goals in 16 Premier League appearances and firing them to Europa League qualification.
The Hammers are said to be desperate to make him a regular in their side too, suggesting they will pay United's hefty asking price.
"We will do whatever it takes to sign him," a senior West Ham source told Sky Sports. "He's been outstanding for us."
