Liverpool are eyeing West Brom midfielder Matheus Pereira.
Pereira is attracting attention from Liverpool as they seek to replace new PSG signing Gini Wijnaldum, says the Mirror.
His new manager, Valerien Ismael, made intriguing comments regarding Pereira and teammate Sam Johnstone earlier this week.
Ismael said: "It's not a secret that Sam and Matheus can maybe leave the club. It's my expectation that they (will) leave."
That will encourage Liverpool. Pereira scored an impressive 11 goals and chipped in with six assists in a struggling Albion side last season.
