Real Madrid president Florentino eager to sell Jovic or Mariano

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is seeking to sell one of his reserve strikers this summer.

Mariano Diaz and Luka Jovic are both under consideration by Florentino.

The president favours offloading Mariano, but his €4m salary is proving a problem for interested clubs. Jovic, meanwhile, spent last season on-loan with Eintracht Frankfurt and would be the more saleable asset.

Mariano, 27, still has a contract to 2023 and struggled for first team action last season.

Jovic, meanwhile, was signed for big money from Eintracht Frankfurt though failed to win over former coach Zinedine Zidane. Things could change with Carlo Ancelotti now in charge.
