Everton left-back Digne could miss rest of Euros with thigh injury
Everton left back Lucas Digne could be out of the remainder of Euro 2020 for France.
The defender came on at half time against Portugal in the final group game for Les Bleus.
However, Digne was forced off after seven minutes on the field, withdrawing with a knee issue.
France drew the game 2-2, topping their group as they prepare for a round of 16 clash against Switzerland on Monday.
"Lucas Digne has something with his thigh muscle," said France coach Didier Deschamps post-game.
"It can be complicated.
"We will see but normally a muscle injury like this it is not a good sign."
