Since childhood, we’ve been told not to talk about three things (money, religion, and politics). perhaps they forgot to add power to the list.

Lately, the News of killing, bombing, riot, abduction, sexual abuses, and so much more have become regular News we wake up to and no one really feels bothered about them lately.

We have now started living our lives like zombies or rather slay animals who live just to be killed unjustly somedays. However, we know the causes of these things but we choose to talk and take no step towards reducing these.

Money, Politics, Religion, Power – What Is Really The Problem We Are Having In Nigeria?

Money makes you think you can always have your ways through things every time. You do the wrong thing and feel comfortable believing you will sort your ways when the repercussions comes.

Politics will make you ignorant towards killing either you or your party opposition orchestrated as though, you have no hands in them forgetting the fact that the killings would not have happened if it wasn’t for the office you are controlling.

Power doesn’t necessarily have to come from someone has any of the first 2 I mentioned. Tinubu might be the major figure in Lagos here but there are some people who he bows for and can never use any of his influences against otherwise. MC Oluomo is another example, Army commander who ordered the Lekki killings too.

Religion happens to be the most deadliest. the religious leaders might possess all the aforementioned but you won’t ever see them openly causing unbalance in the society. all those who control the first 3 are always loyal to the religious leaders.

Never will you hear EFCC after a top pastor. With the wide range of top politicians, how was a top church head pastor selected to be the vice president? How is it possible for Sheikh Gumi to know where to meet terrorists and difficult for our force to do so?

If I’ve learned anything this year, it’s that we’ve been thrust into hyper-partisan times We listen only to what we want to hear.

We seek only the things we want to see. We dismiss claims contrary to our beliefs, whether those beliefs are true or not.

We are just looking at the wrong people!!!

But Guys, the bone of contention here is 👇
