PSG push for announcement after Wijnaldum takes medical

Departing Liverpool midfielder Gini Wijnaldum has undergone a PSG medical.

Wijnaldum, off contract from Liverpool at the end of the month, has agreed terms with PSG over a Bosman deal.

And Le Parisien says Wijnaldum has now passed a PSG medical.

The Holland international will join PSG after Holland's Euros campaign. However, the French giants hope to confirm his signing before the tournament kicks off.

Wijnaldum will join PSG on a contract worth double what he earns with the Reds.
