Saudi Arabia's Al-Hilal are launching a move for Moura, reports Italian transfer expert Nicolo Schira.
Al Hilal coach Leonardo Jardim is a fan of the midfielder and hopes to bring him to the Middle East this summer.
Moura would arrive to replace veteran Italian striker Sebastian Giovinco.
