Bukayo Saka named Arsenal Player of the Season

Arsenal youngster Bukayo Saka has been named their Player of the Season.

The 19-year-old, who recently scored his first England goal, enjoyed a stellar campaign at club level as he impressed in various positions.

Saka received 51 per cent of the vote from the club's supporters.

Nicolas Pepe was second with 15 per cent, while Kieran Tierney was third with 14 per cent.

Although it was a frustrating campaign overall for Arsenal, with Mikel Arteta's side finishing 8th in the Premier League and missing out on European football, Saka continued to enhance his reputation with his excellent performances.

Mainly deployed on the right wing, he used his trickery to good effect and also delivered some dangerous crosses. In total, Saka scored seven goals in 46 appearances this season, while he provided ten assists.
