BREAKING!! Gunmen Assassinate Governor Ortom Top Aide

A senior special assistant to Samuel Ortom, the Governor of Benue state has been assassinated.

This is the third high-profile killing within the last one week. Naijaloded gathered that the Senior Special Assistant to Ortom on Security, Christopher Dega, has been shot dead in Jos, Plateau state.

The incident has been confirmed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Terver Akase. The CPS revealed that Governor Ortom will issue a statement on the matter shortly.

Dega is a retired police commissioner. He was reportedly shot severally in the chest and bled to death.
