Valentina Nana Agyeiwaa (born February 14, 1982) know professionally as Afia Schwarzenegger is a famous Ghanaian media personality and entrepreneur. She came to prominence as the host Okay FM morning show Yewo Krom. She is the owner of the YouTube channel, Schwar TV.

Early Life

Afia Schwarzenegger was born in February 14, 1982 in Kumasi, Ghana. She was raised by her parents; Augustine Agyei and Grace Achiaa.

She attended Ridge Experimental School and Seventh Day Adventist School in Tamale for her basic education. She went to St Louis Girls’ School and KNUST for her secondary education.

Career

Afia began her career on Okay FM radio station where she became the host of the breakfast show, Yewo Krom, and UTV Ghana’s Kokooto show. She also worked with other stations like Kasapa FM and Happy FM.

Prior to fame, Afia had worked in South Africa as a flight attendant and also starred in a TV series “Afia Schwarzenegger” as produced by Deloris Frimpong Manso.

She is the owner of the YouTube media, Schwar TV and also owns a non-profit organization “Owontaa street ministry” which is established to feed to less privileged in Ghana.

Personal Life

Schwarzenegger was married to Godson Yaw Boakye before their divorce.

She later got married to a South African before they parted ways and married for the third time to Lawrence Abrokwah.

Her marriage with the third husband didn’t last long too as she was said to be unfaithful.

Afia is a mother of 5 children; her two sons, John and James Geiling were born to a German before she got married and her daughter, Pena was born to her third husband while the other two were adopted.
