Ex-Liverpool, Atletico Madrid striker Torres hints at retirement U-turn
Fernando Torres has hinted at a return to football by sharing a cryptic message on Instagram.
The former Liverpool and Chelsea striker retired from the sport in August 2019 after finishing his career in Japan with Sagan Tosu.
Torres posted on Instagram on Tuesday night to share a black and white image of himself wearing a No 9 shirt.
The picture had the accompanying caption: "I only understand life in one way - playing. That's why I've decided to return."
