Minnie Dlamini attended Northislands Girls High School and studied film, media, drama and economics at the University of Cape town.

Career

Minnie started her career while in the university where she became a presenter for LIVE in 2010. Minnie also debuted as a film actress in Generations, a SABC 1 television soap where she played the role of Miranda. She also played the lead role as Zinhe Lebone in the soap ‘The Wild’ and as Nosipho Bugatsu in Rockville.

Minnie Dlamini was announced in September 20111 as the new face of South African departmental store LEGIT with her own fashion ranger, the Minnie-series.

Minnieco-hosted Mzansi insider, a SaBC 1’s lifestyle show which she resigned in 2012 to pursue a career in acting. Minnie Dlamini got married to Quinton Jones in a traditional wedding ceremony on July 8, 2017 at the Glenn Hills, Durban North. She and her husband had a lavish white wedding ceremony in Sepetember 16, 2017 at Lourensford Wine Estate in Somerset West. Minnie wore a long white dress with a veil while Jones wore a balck suit with a white shirt. Minnie once dated a soccer player Itumelong Khune but the relationship didn’t last long.
