Gabriel Afolayan, also known as G-Fresh is a famous Nigerian actor and singer. He is the son of the late popular Nigerian entertainment veteran, Adeyemi Afolayan known also as Ade Love.

He was born in the early 80s, the actual date of his birth not known. He is from the renowned Afolayan entertainment family that comprises Ade Love, Kunle Afolayan and Aremu Afolayan, Toyin Afolayan, an actress.

Educational Background

Gabriel Afolayan had his primary and secondary education in Lagos where he obtained his first and secondary education respectively and later studied Theatre Arts at the University of Ibadan.

Acting Career

Gabriel kick-started his acting career in his first movie F Opawon, a movie directed by Baba Sala. He has featured in a number movie including his brother’s movies, though he revealed that is not compulsory he must feature in movies produced by his brother.

Gabriel has acted in a number of movies including the popular “King Invincible”, a movie he played the role of Prince Adetiba. It is an epic movie which narrates love and war involving a handsome Landlord, Taari (Tope Tedela) who with time turned himself a wolf owing to a curse that was placed on him years back.

He desperately needed a cure but knew that Adetiba would do all he could to prevent him from realizing his goal.

Gabriel also acted a movie, Truncated. In the movie, Chike who was a good athlete and was in love with Toyin Abraham but was ruined by drug abuse.

He is exceptionally talented and gifted in acting and interpreting movie roles who can as well accept any role assigned him in the industry. His style of acting is such that portrays acting as real life situation.
