Kustanowitz was born on October 3, 1977 in New York, United States of America.

He is a father of three daughters and also a graduate of Rutgers University.

He serves as Vice president of development and original programming for truTV where he is in charge of production for the network.

He joined truTV in 2012 and has played integral part in the execution of many of the network’s standout series which include the likes of Impractical Jokers, I’m Sorry, At Home with Amy Sedaris and Adam Ruins Everything.

He was the Supervising producer and head writer on the MTV series Silent Library and was a writer for Total Request Live from 2004-2008.

He has also been a show-runner for countless number of pilots and has done commercial on-camera acting and voice-over work.l
