Tracey Boakye is a Ghanaian actress, producer and entrepreneur born on January 17, 1991. She is well known as the CEO of Shakira movie production.
Early Life & Education
Tracey did not complete her junior school as there was no desire for it. She revealed that her mother always advised her to learn hard but school was not her thing.
However, her father took her to Canada for her education and also lived with her mother since she was not taking school serious but still exhibited the same behavior and was sent back to Ghana by her mother.
Even though are parents were rich, she had always wanted to cater for herself.
After she returned back to Ghana from UK at the age of 16. She decided to pursue a career in acting. She wanted to do movies and become famous.
She started her career in the industry with acting before she delved into movie production.
She came through with her first movie at the age of 21. She also produced the movie “Between my legs” in 2017.
As an entrepreneur, she is the CEO of Shakira movie production, Shakira entertainment, Signature Unisex Salon and Tracey Boakye Foundation.
Tracey is a single mother of two children; a son named Kwaku Danso Yahaya (born on August 17, 2014) and daughter, Akua Boakye (born on May 14, 2020). Her two children are from different fathers.
Her son’s father is Yahaya Mohammed, a soccer player for Kotoko but the identity of the father of her daughter has not been revealed.
Tracey Boakye has different luxury cars in her garage and a top notch house in East Legon.
