Jamo Pyper is a multi-talented Nigerian singer, songwriter, performer and all round entertainer born on October 20, 1995. He came to prominence for his hit single “iF No Be You” alongside Mayorkun.
Jamo Wire as fondly called is a versatile singer with lots of street credibility and increasing fan base.
His music style, is a fusion of his native language (Yoruba language) with exciting lyrics alongside his play on words.

Early Life & Background
Jamo Pyper was born and raised in Lagos but originally hails from Oyo State, western part of Nigeria.
Jamo Pyper started doing music at a very tender age. He began with singing for his classmates while in school and was being paid by his mates who enjoyed his company.
His story changed for good after he met with the Nigerian street sensation, Zlatan. Jamo did a freestyle for the singer and the rest they say is history.
Jamo Pyper was signed to Zanku records as owned by Zlatan Ibile, alongside other singers such as Papisnoop and Oberz.
The three new signing alongside Zlatan unveiled a street hit single titled “Unripe Pawpaw”. The song was accompanied with a music video which gained lots of views on YouTube.
Jamo came to limelight with the release of his Mayorkun enlisted single “If No Be You” and was also given a befitted visual directed by Naya. The colorful and exciting video has been a top charting one on the MTV Base official Naija Top 10.
Jamo had also released quite lots of singles which include “If You No Know” and “Of Lala” which is also still gaining massive airplay across the street.
The talented singer also boast of top collaborations with the likes of Chinko Ekun, Naira Marley, Rahman Jago and many others.
