Francis Odega is a popular Nigerian comic actor, stand-up comedian and television personality.

He was born on the 11th of June 1970 in Aniocha, Delta State. He is an indigene of Aniocha, Delta State in south southern Nigeria.

Educational Background

Odega had his primary and secondary in Delta state and later at the Ambrose Ali University where he bagged a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.

His Career

Francis Odega began his career in the entertainment industry as a stand-up comedian. He has the cast of top Nigerian comedians like Basketmouth, I Go Dye, Okey Bakassi, AY among others.

Odega is talented actor, hilarious and indeed one of the pioneers of comedy show “Night of a Thousand Laugh” by Opa Williams.

He became more famous when a hilarious video circulated on the internet showing American hip-hop Rapper, 50 Cent who reportedly followed him on instagram comic video.

Odega Francis is creative, skillful and highly talented comic actor known for speaking American slangs otherwise known as Americana.

Odega joined Nollywood professionally in 1996 and acted his first movie “Apama”, a move he starred alongside top Nollywood celebrities like Sam Loco, Charles Awurum and others. The movie was very successful and shot him to fame and recognition in the Nigerian Movie Industry.
