Austin Faani Ikechukwu is his birth name. He is a popular Nollywood director, producer and movie editor.

He was born and raised in Asaba, Delta State. Austin hails from Anambra state in south eastern Nigeria.

Austin had his primary and secondary education in Asaba, Delta State where he obtained his first and secondary school certificates respectively. He has since remained very active and relevant as a movie director and producer in Nollywood.

The traditional wedding and the white wedding took place in Abakaliki, Ebonyi state in the hometown of Chacha and Asaba, Delta State respectively. As would expected, the ceremonies had in attendance top Nollywood celebrities and important figures across the country.

The union has so far received the blessing of three lovely children.
